I went over to Craig's last night and he made me rice and chicken stirfry for dinner. He put in loads of vegetables in the stirfry; celery, green pepper, mushrooms and carrots and the stirfry sauce that he used was fantastic.

Craig makes simple yet tasty food. I've gleaned a lot of recipes from him. One especially easy way to cook is to use the SLOW COOKER!!!! All you do is

1. put slab of meat in slow cooker (chicken, roast, pork)

2. Add cut up potatoes and onions

3. fill cooker half way with water (Craig puts in less but I like my stuff to be saucy).

4. Add desired sauce (I put in curry)

5. Wait three to four hours with the cooker on high. then serve with rice or noodles or whatever.

We watched "Fletch" while eating and then we went downstairs to the apartment variety store and Craig bought us Vanilla Haagen Daaz, Peanut butter M&M's and a long nibs (the 15 cent kind).

We got to Take (pronounced Tah-kay) at 6:30 and we didn't leave until 9:20. We ordered a very large first round of sushi which came with a japanese soup with tofu in it and a salad in a sweet vineger dressing (delicious salad!).

We also had very good hot korean tea. In Korean, we call it Boh-dee-cha. Throughout the night we got four pots of it.

After our first round, we ordered a smaller second round. It took about an hour to get to us and by this time our fullness from our first round had waned. The fullness did not take long to come back. We barely finished what we ordered, but we did eventually finish, which is good because whatever you don't finish you have to pay for.

You see, there is a flat rate for all you can eat sushi but if you don't finish everything you have to pay more for what you didn't finish. It was a great dinner. Lily, and I and sometimes George, spoke very candidly about our sex lives. This was funny because Lily was brutally honest about her sex life with George right in front of him.
